* 1-1/2 lb. Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1 c. pineapple, diced
* 1/2 c. water chestnuts, diced
* 2 Tbsp. fresh Florida lime juice
* 2 Tbsp. olive oil
* 2 Tbsp. Florida honey
* 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
* 2 tsp. soy sauce
* 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss well to coat. Chill for 2 hrs.
2. Drain and place on broiler pan. Broil for 3 to 4 min., turning as needed for even cooking, until shrimp are opaque and pineapple begins to brown.
